What is the Status of My Order and How Can I Track It?
You will receive two emails after you place your order.
- After receiving your order, we will send you an email confirming your order was received and is being processed.
- The second email you receive confirms your order has been shipped and provides your order tracking number.
What Carrier Will You Use to Ship My Order?
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

What Will It Cost To Make A Return?
You have two options to make a return.
- Option 1 - Use our convenient, prepaid label, and $8.00 will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges will not be deducted if you are returning damaged, defective products or if an item shipped to you incorrectly.
- Option 2 - Use delivery method of your choice. You will not be reimbursed for shipping charges. Please send the item to the address below with a copy of the packing slip. Please keep record of your tracking # when shipping package.
